Saveco Kuwait wins the best brand in the supermarket sector in Kuwait award within «Service Hero» index for customer satisfaction for the year 2017, which is a clear evidence we move forward on the right track towards achieving the promises of providing the best products & services and excellence in customer service.
It has been announced at a ceremony held at the Symphony Style Hotel Kuwait recently.
It is worth mentioning that the Service Hero is the only index in the Arab world that specialized in measuring customers’ satisfaction, depending 100 % on customers views.
All sectors are being evaluated according to the customers experience in Kuwait, where the assessment adopted a one to ten measure that is based on eight standards: product or service trust, speed, product quality, efficient staff, value for the price, location, contact center, and website quality.
In this context, SAVECO CEO Mrs. Noor AlQatami has said “I express my gratitude for Saveco customers to give us this award for the third year, as this award confirms that we were able to reflect Saveco’s deep belief in the importance of our customers, and our interest in providing the best marketing & customer services in Kuwait by focusing on customers’ needs.
